Internet Time Capsule

I always mean to keep up a blog, but then never do. Thing is, I want to be able to relive every stage of my life in print when I'm old and gray.

There was five year span in which I managed to complete one notebook per year, documenting some of my many developmental stages growing up. They are just dripping to maximum capacity with my dribble.

But in recent years I have placed my efforts elsewhere and eventually forgot how wonderfully therapeutic it was for me.

Hopefully I won't get distracted this time around. Plus, I really want to post the millions of photos I take of the dishes I make.

So here is my first post ever showcasing any of my food: Stuffed pepper with pork and brown rice à lo Rican.
